3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

Payment is due at the time of purchase, and we accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Many Hueware pieces are custom-made, finished to order, or customized.
As a result, custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

5. Shipping

We will provide estimated lead times at checkout. Lead times may vary based on customization, production volume, or carrier delays.

Hueware is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Details on returns can be found in our Return Policy.

In summary: unused, non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Custom, special order, clearance, and limited-run items are final sale.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.

We may request photos or additional information to help evaluate the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All photographs, product designs, brand elements, text, and content on this Site are the exclusive property of Hueware and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission from Hueware.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hueware is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s).

10. Warranty & Installation

Products must be installed and handled according to proper installation practices.
Hueware is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification of our products.
