• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

• For returns not due to manufacturing defects, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

• We may request photos or a brief description to help us assess the issue and prevent future defects.

Installation Responsibility
Hueware is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation. We recommend professional installation for best results.
