We’re so glad you’re here. Every Hueware piece is crafted with care, and we want your order to arrive just as beautifully as it was made.
Many Hueware products are made-to-order and may require production time before shipping.
Estimated lead times will be shown at checkout and may vary depending on finish selection and order volume.
Standard items: Ships within 7–14 business days
Custom finishes: Typically ships in 3–6 weeks
Large orders or specialty finishes may require additional time; we’ll communicate updates along the way
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
We ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the order size and destination.
Shipping options and pricing will be displayed at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
Occasional promotions may include reduced or free shipping — these will be clearly noted when available.
If your package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it:
Check with household members, neighbors, or your building/office carrier location.
Confirm the shipping address on your order.
Contact us if the package is still missing after 48 hours.
We will assist with carrier follow-up, but we cannot guarantee replacement for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@shophueware.com.
